Serving in hospital governance can be an incredibly rewarding experience, yet it is not always an easy task. From simply having a clear vision of the delineation of duties that exists between the board and executive management to ensuring hospital performance is on track, board members have a diverse array of obligations that require a focused understanding of their role.
