A discount of 20% on all
other items. High volume orders may qualify for deviated pricing on certain
items. Rebate for opening order – with an opening order of up to
$1,000.00 of chemical products, the customer is eligible for a 20% rebate.

MINIMUM ORDERS:

$400.00 Order Minimum
for PPD Freight within
our service area. Under $400.00 freight will be PPD and added to customer
invoice. If a distributor is used, the minimum will be $400.00 or
distributor policy.

Alco Service Policy:
Alco Service Department
will provide seven (7) days a week, 24 hours a day service on all dispensing
equipment including dish machine, housekeeping and laundry.
Alco Service Department
will provide seven (7) days a week, 24 hours a day service on all dish
machines leased through Alco, free of charge. However, dish machines that
are the property of the owners, Alco will service all makes and models such
as Hobart, CMA, Knight, American Dish, and Champion at a rate of $52.00 per
hour. (Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.) Emergency service offered at
a rate of $79.99 per hour.
Alco service department consists of six (6) service trucks with six (6)
service technicians. Their sales staff is made up of 15 sales
representatives covering the entire State of Ohio, Southern Michigan,
Western Pennsylvania, Eastern Indiana and Northern West Virginia. In
addition, they have a branch of service and distribution that covers Toledo
and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area.
Alco is also pleased to provide road service for equipment repair including
vacuums, carpet extractors, carpet burnishers, auto scrubbers and high speed
burnishers. |
