The Center's Emergency Preparedness staff are active members or officers of the following state, regional and national committees:

State Meetings

• Monthly Regional Coordinator meetings at ODH for updated RFP and State planning
• Quarterly Regional Coordinator meetings with PH, Fire, MMRS for special considerations planning
• Quarterly State Patient Tracking with OHA for new updates and inclusion of EMS
• Monthly/Quarterly NDMS Planning and Steering Committee Meetings for dev of plans and exercises
• State strategy meetings
• OPHCS Coordinator quarterly meetings

Regional Meetings

• Bi Monthly Regional Public Health and CRI Planning Meetings
• Monthly Regional Metropolitan Response meetings- Fire, Law, FBI, Red Cross, PH, EMA—on Steering committee and exercise design, planning and training sub-committees of the MMRS
• Monthly ASPR workgroup meetings for all hospitals for Hospital Preparedness Program
• PIO Workgroup for CRI project
