Healthcare Leadership Course Offers Personalized, One-on-One Coaching to Prospective Healthcare Managers

The Center for Health Affairs workforce initiative, NEONI, has worked to develop a Healthcare Leadership Course to educate and develop managers and leaders interested in the healthcare industry. Over the next several years, current healthcare managers will be retiring and young professionals are not expressing an interest in healthcare leadership. This course is geared toward prospective healthcare managers and will assist them in gaining basic management knowledge and skills in order to optimally carry out their responsibilities as a leader in the healthcare field.

This course is unique because it offers personalized, one-on-one coaching from an experienced healthcare manager in a healthcare setting.
