HRSA Fiscal Year 2005 Update

2006 represents the third and final year of Ohio's HRSA funding to develop hospital emergency preparedness plans across seven regions. 

CHA's Role in HRSA:

CHA works with 27 acute-care hospitals over a five-county area to develop plans and distribute HRSA funds to hospitals for the purchase of equipment and training.

The program's long-term goal is to establish and upgrade the level of preparedness of Northeast Ohio’s hospitals and establish a hospital network that is able to work together and with other regional partners in times of disaster.
