Members of the healthcare community are perfectly positioned to communicate with state and federal lawmakers about legislation affecting their ability to deliver top-notch care. The links below are designed to help ensure the most effective communication with lawmakers. 

Note: Security measures involving mail received on Capitol Hill have significantly slowed the delivery of mail to members of Congress. In light of these developments, e-mail and fax communications to members of Congress are advised.

 

 

Locating Your Legislator

 

Click the link below to access a table that provides a list of the Congressional Representatives and members of the Ohio General Assembly serving CHA member hospitals in Northeast Ohio. Click on the legislator’s name to access their Web page and contact information.

To locate legislators serving districts outside of Northeast Ohio, or to identify legislators based on your home address, please use the links below. (Note: In order to use your ZIP Code to look up your lawmaker, you sometimes need your four-digit ZIP Code extension. If you don't know it, you can use this U.S. Postal Service link to type in your mailing address and determine your four-digit extension).

Every ten years, after a decennial Census, Ohio is redistricted. The links below provide district maps for Ohio members of Congress and the Ohio General Assembly, through 2012.
