Clinical Partner Type Codes/Unit Descriptions & Information

This section of our Web site is being developed in an effort to identify the "type" of clinical placements provided by each of our clinical partner agencies and their corresponding unit descriptions. 

Clinical Partner Facilitators may complete the Unit Description Inventory Form indicating what types of units and the number of such units available at their facility for clinical placements.

If unit descriptions are not available on the institution's Web site, the Unit Profile Form may be completed to provide greater detail on units available for clinical placement.  This information will then be linked to a hospital listed below.

South Pointe Psychiatric facility has reached its capacity of students for the Spring Semester 2008 and are unable to accept anymore students for clinical rotations.
