Who are Allied Health Professionals?
Allied Health professionals are healthcare practitioners with formal education and clinical training who are credentialed through certification, registration and/or licensure. They collaborate with physicians and other members of the healthcare team to deliver high quality patient care services for the identification, prevention, and treatment of diseases, disabilities and disorders. |
About NEONI
NEONI represents the nursing workforce interests of 121 members from 54 organizations to create and sustain a strong professional nursing workforce in the Northeast Ohio region. Organization representatives come from hospitals, long-term care, home health care, nursing education, professional nursing associations, individuals and other organizations interested in the future of a nursing workforce.
NEONI is a regional program of The Center for Health Affairs.
