Who are Allied Health Professionals?

Allied Health professionals are healthcare practitioners with formal education and clinical training who are credentialed through certification, registration and/or licensure. They collaborate with physicians and other members of the healthcare team to deliver high quality patient care services for the identification, prevention, and treatment of diseases, disabilities and disorders.

About NEONI
NEONI represents the nursing workforce interests of 121 members from 54 organizations to create and sustain a strong professional nursing workforce in the Northeast Ohio region. Organization representatives come from hospitals, long-term care, home health care, nursing education, professional nursing associations, individuals and other organizations interested in the future of a nursing workforce. 

NEONI is a regional program of The Center for Health Affairs.
