Wage & Salary Surveys
Providing participant facilities with aggregate data regarding regional benefits and pay scales for specific job classifications in the health care industry, surveys are done periodically throughout the year. The basis program includes two (2) non-management wage surveys (completed in February and August), and executive management wage survey (completed in June), a benefits survey (completed in September) and turnover survey (completed quarterly and annually). Additional "spot surveys" are available for a nominal fee and can be done during the course of the year at your request.
