StudentMAX™ is currently operational and able to accept new participants. In order for a new participant to come “online” a service agreement must be in place with CHA/NEONI to begin the start-up process.  We estimate a new hospital user can be online within 30 days or less as long as the inventory of clinical sites is completed accurately and efficiently. 

We recommend that new users have basic familiarity with the software program Excel but we will work with each user to ensure they are able to complete this template.  Further, we have developed our own StudentMAX™ User Manual that is included in the start-up phase to make sure users are able to easily understand and use the system.
