STEP 1:  School/Facility Contract

Before you can access StudentMAX™, a contract must be in place between each clinical agency and school of nursing, which has always been standard practice.

Throughout 2006/2007, representatives from Northeast Ohio schools of nursing and hospitals met to develop a standard School/Facility Contract template that could be used by both hospitals and schools.

This document was reviewed by legal departments of various NEONI member hospitals and is intended to serve as a guide and not be construed as a requirement.
