Institute for Healthcare Improvement
This not-for-profit organization strives to lead the improvement of healthcare throughout the world. The 5 million lives campaign, led by the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI), is a voluntary initiative that aims to get U.S. hospitals to commit to adopting twelve changes in care that save lives and reduce patient injuries.
Ohio Patient Safety Institute
Dedicated to improving patient safety for all Ohioans, the Ohio Patient Safety Institute (OPSI) has the ability to work with over 180 hospitals and 9,000 physicians in the state.
